day 120: still here. summer 2016 with pizza baby. friends, fights, & relationship cycles. passing on the first opportunity to end it.

a very special episode!  how my first real opportunity to end things with pizza baby without getting caught evolved into our relationship cycle.  how relationship cycles affect us, are often defined by that first fight, and could be much healthier if we embrace them; they are like a hinge that should cause the door to swing open, not shut.

Memorial Day 2022... remember what it is about

Memorial Day!  The start of summer!  But too many of us forget what it is all about.  In my story of "how i got my karma and then some," every Memorial Day now marks an important one-year and two-year anniversary for me that defined my life.  But, that's the thing.  We forget what it's all about.  Today, it is more important to take a moment to remember those that made a choice that resulted in the ultimate sacrifice.  #nobadkarma #givechoicespurpose
